Simple, Clean and Easy Application Processes

The advanced technology and high performance level allows for a simple and straight forward application process

Our products – when applied for topical dust control are applied once every 6-18 months depending upon the objective, not every week, or after every rain. This efficient level of continuous performance allows for the significant savings which will be realized over the life cycle.

Sub-base construction is accomplished with traditional road building equipment, surface seal applications are applied using a fork lift for decanting and a water truck for application. When specialized equipment is required, we assist the client in designing and manufacturing the equipment requried.  To date we have devised a number of specially designed spray bars as well as specific fit-for-purpose equipment kits.

There is no required permanent on-site establishment or monthly fees

The products will not clog up or stick to equipment or vehicles, or contaminate areas.

Vehicles and Equipment are simply rinsed out after use and then can be used for other purposes on the mine – as no additional or dedicated equipment is required

Maintenance requirements are extremely easy and basic and in terms of trafficked areas and only require a routine sweeping of the surface Re-application of product is only required for damaged areas or as recommended based on the original application rates used
